Aerobatics is a high-octane, high energy and increasingly high profile sport. It is incredibly demanding on the competitors, both physically and mentally. Pilots are told of the sequence of manoeuvres only hours before the event and must fly each step to perfection to ensure success. During the flight competitors are subjected to G forces that would knock an ordinary person unconscious within seconds.
Aerobatic competitions and the Red Bull Air Races already attract some high profile sponsors. Companies like Audi, Seat and Breitling are all significant sponsors of the Red Bull Air Races. But aerobatics sponsoring is also available for smaller companies, with different budgets and different stratigies. A unique way to get involved in this exiting air sport.
By sponsoring the team of Dutch Rush Aerobatics, your company will be associating itself with the excitement and glamour of competition aerobatics and aerobatic display flying. Sponsors will gain significant brand exposure through in-depth coverage in magazines. Further coverage will be garnered by regular press releases and publications and through a website dedicated to Dutch Rush Aerobatics.
Sponsors will also benefit from exposure to the wider public through air shows and aerobatic displays. Efforts are also ongoing to secure dedicated television coverage.
Brand Exposure, Branding and more….
Aerobatics and aerobatic aircraft, by nature, attract large amounts of people and attention. The sport has many opportunities to generate attention for your company. Examples of this are:
- Regular press releases to national and local newspapers and television news stations.
- The website, featuring sponsor’s brands, will be promoted in all magazine features and press releases.
- Hospitality and branding on air shows and displays. Air shows and air displays generate large public attendance, up to 200.000 people on large events (like the Netherlands Air Force open days). Team Dutch Rush is able to participate in five to ten air shows per season.
- Aerobatic/ aviation experience days, exclusively organized for your company, relations and employees.
You can use aerobatics as a single sponsorship, but it can also be used to augment an existing sponsorship. The aircraft is a perfect tool to attract attention, both in the air and on the ground. Or on display at your stand.
Frank van Houten is a highly skilled pilot and a driven and ambitious individual. We are massively enthusiastic about the way ahead and fully committed to securing comprehensive media coverage in order to raise the profile of our sponsors. We will be happy to conduct our keynote presentation on sponsoring at your company and discuss other possibilities to match your companies mission statement and your sponsorship policy.
The Ambition
After years of flying aerobatics at a local and national level, Frank’s ambition is to move up in the ranks and start competing at the European and World level. In order to do this he will have to fly different, high performance aircraft and make use of a variety of highly skilled coaches.
Flying these more advanced aircraft also means that he will have better air show capabilities with increased exposure, both on the flight line and in the media.
In order to ensure the success of Frank’s ambition we are looking for two sponsors to benefit from the media exposure and public interest that we will generate. We will be asking the sponsors to commit to a three-year program.
There are two levels of sponsorship package. Details of both follow, including the benefits that sponsors will be entitled to on an annual basis.
Sponsorship
Companies that sponsor often ask themselves what the effect of their sponsorship is. What is the “ Return on Investment” (ROI). In short, with ROI, the output of the sponsorship is measured against the money that was invested.
Another way of looking at your sponsorship is to determine the “Return on Objectives” (ROO). The ROO is determined as a percentage of the achieved targets in your sponsorship policy. During our sponsorship keynote presentation, which we will be more than happy to present at your company, we give you an in depth coverage on this subject, in order to perfectly match your companies mission and sponsorship policy.
In order to pursue our ambition we are looking for the following sponsorship options:
Partner Sponsor
